According to Carpenter, Taylor and Erdogan (2009) Organizational culture could be considered as a system of defining standadrds of appropriate companyââ¬â¢s staff behavior and control of inappropriate companyââ¬â¢s staff behavior, and plays very important role in companyââ¬â¢s life. Designing A Garment From A Technical Drawing - 887 Words
Designing has always been my expression way through different channels like painting, illustration, puppet making, costume design creating a garment from a technical drawing. Briefly, I have started learning the meaning of design term as a narrowed down topic that comes from the visual, sensational and artistic side. In the art and design disciplines, there is no need asking other s opinions to complete an artwork. I mean Leonardo or Picasso had never asked help from someone else to finish his painting, as far as we know! Also, in the art and design schools, no one could get help to finish his project because, it counted as plagiarism, so this situation grows individualism. But at the same we need to grow observation ability to get inspired. When I get in business life as a fashion designer, I need to be in collaboration with different types of people who come from different backgrounds, such as buyers, manufacturers, pattern makers and so on to get the job done.It has positive and negative effects, for instance, I can learn different things from different people but at the end I need to apply people s decisions such as buyers or investors with my own technique because, allegedly they exactly know the last year s best selling items and there is no need to submit something different from the current designs, otherwise it will be risky . Mental Health And The School Environment
Question: Discuss about the Mental Health And The School Environment? Answer: Problem: School programme hall making available for local community centre for event hosting. I believe that the programme hall of school may be available for hire for the local community people. Benefit of school from the rent of the hall and the opportunity for the local people for event hosting in new place can be settled. Discussion over the topic in between school management and community centre head to find a way has to done on a date. Process: School programme hall may use as a community event hall and the students and the management of the school also gets the benefits of this change. Local people, who are depending on the one and only local community hall also gets a new option. Now you might say, So a school now will be open for access to the outsider? I would say if school as well as local people get benefited by this without hampering the activity of school (Kutcher Wei, 2012). Local people including me faced problems to arrange their family party and other gatherings if a community event is also running on the same time, or if there is two different festival for different community at the same time it is very difficult to manage those in a single community hall in local area. There will be no need for a local resident to travel or shift his or her event to a long distance from his own area (Mannion, 2012). Student will also get an exposure to various events for which they could have to pay previously as the student body will be there from the schools end except from private party. Me and my elder brother once tried to organise a painting exhibition in the community centre but was unable to book local community hall as it was already booked for other purpose and had to travel for 40 km from home. Feedback from the blog is different from the students end as well as from the community peoples as some students are talking over the part time job, and some are concerned over the environment of school premises. Community people also welcomed the idea but keeping concerns over their childrens education (Meredith, 2012). Product: Local people seek for a community hall where they can arrange their family functions as well as a function for the whole community. Only a single community hall cannot fulfil the requirements of the local people. A new community hall for all can give an option to strengthen the relationship between each other of that community and some option of earning to the school fund for its betterment is possible as well as part time job can be available for the school students (Layng, 2012). As the student body will be responsible for management of the venue for an event if possible. Some improvement in architectural side as well as on the maintenance of the materials of the programme hall also will get easier for school management as extra income will take place. The concern of negligence in study or school activity is valid but it could be taken care. In specific date the head of the local community centre could have a chat with the head of the management of school on the matter. References Kutcher, S., Wei, Y. (2012).
